3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

8. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping company. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are confirmed as delivered.
