4. Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been packaged and shipped, it is no longer under our responsibility. The shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the delivery process. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
6. International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged items. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
